- Thaw the shrimp if they are frozen; remove shells if necessary.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and olive oil.
- Add shrimp and chopped parsley to the marinade. Toss well to coat, and let sit for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to around 180°C (350°F).
- Place the marinated shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
