  • 3 Stücke Knoblauchzehen Frisch gehackt
  • 1 Stück Zitrone Frisch gepresster Saft
  • 1 Prise Salz
  • 2 EL Olivenöl Alternativ Avocadoöl
Für die Garnelen
  • 200 g Garnelen Zart und gefroren
Für die Garnitur
  • 1 Handvoll Frische Petersilie Alternativ Koriander

Zubereitung
  1. Thaw the shrimp if they are frozen; remove shells if necessary.
  2. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and olive oil.
  3. Add shrimp and chopped parsley to the marinade. Toss well to coat, and let sit for about 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to around 180°C (350°F).
  5. Place the marinated shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
