- Gently wipe the fresh mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Trim off the stems and pat them dry.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cleaned mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until all mushrooms are well-coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 193°C for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook them for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once the mushrooms are crispy and golden, remove them and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
